These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the website design, development, redesign and deployment services provided by Junluo Web Studio (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Scope
We provide the following services:
- Website Design
- Website Development
- Website Redesign
- Website Deployment
The specific scope of each project will be agreed upon before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
2. Project Requirements
Before starting a project, we will discuss and agree on the project requirements, including page structure, features, design direction and timeline. Both parties must agree to any changes to the project scope in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Providing logos, photos and other content in a timely manner
- Reviewing design concepts and providing feedback
- Approving the final design before deployment
4. Payments
Project pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. A deposit may be required before work starts. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Payment methods and schedule will be specified in the project agreement. We do not process online payments through this website.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.
6. Client-Provided Content
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us, including text, images, logos and other materials, does not infringe on any third-party rights. The client grants us a licence to use such content for the purpose of building and deploying their website.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content. We retain the right to display the website as part of our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Hosting and Domains
Hosting and domain registration options can be discussed based on the client’s requirements. The client is responsible for ongoing hosting and domain renewal fees unless otherwise agreed.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools, libraries or services in building your website. We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of these third-party services. The client is responsible for any fees associated with third-party services they choose to use.
10. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If a project is cancelled, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
